Camera Operator

As a Camera Operator, your responsibility is simple:
Capture high-quality footage.
That’s it.
You won’t be expected to edit videos, design graphics, manage social media, or wear multiple hats.
Your responsibility is to arrive prepared, follow creative direction, capture clean, professional-looking footage, upload your media, and include a basic media log for post-production.
Whether you shoot on a professional camera or a modern high-quality smartphone capable of producing strong video, we are interested in your eye for composition, movement, lighting, and storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and professional camera operators
- People who can follow direction and arrive prepared
- Strong visual eye for framing, lighting, and movement
- Ability to capture clean, steady footage
- Reliable communication
- Access to a professional camera or high-quality smartphone
- Reliable transportation for local shoots

Capture high-quality aerial footage.
That’s it.
You won’t be expected to edit videos, design graphics, manage social media, or wear multiple hats.
Your responsibility is to arrive prepared, follow creative direction, safely capture clean, professional-looking aerial footage, upload your media, and include a basic media log for post-production.
Whether you fly a professional drone or another drone capable of producing high-quality cinematic footage, we’re interested in your eye for composition, movement, safety, and storytelling.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and professional drone operators
- People who can follow direction and arrive prepared
- Strong visual eye for cinematic aerial composition and movement
- Ability to capture smooth, controlled aerial footage
- Reliable communication
- Access to a drone capable of capturing professional-quality video
- Reliable transportation for local shoots
- FAA Part 107 certification preferred and may be required depending on the assignment

Production Assistant

PearlRoads Studios is building a creative network for upcoming project-based productions.
As a Production Assistant, your responsibility is simple:
Help keep the production running smoothly.
That’s it.
No professional production experience is required. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude who are willing to learn.
Your role may include assisting crew members, helping with set preparation, organizing equipment, running production errands, keeping things moving, and supporting the team wherever needed.
